Prepare for the silkie liquid eggs.

Add the caster sugar to the liquid eggs and stir well by the mixer.

Add the honey and syrup during stirring.

Then add flour during stirring.

Stop stirring when lots of bubbles come out.

Make the final treatment by hands
(wearing the long glove) -

Put the thin paper in the wooden-frame for bake use

Put the wooden-frame into oven

Pour the egg mixture into the wooden-frame

During the initial stage of baking, the bubbles should be wipped out 3 times continously

Baking for a while, then put another wooden-frame on

Put a thick steel plate on for compression purpose

When baking is done, take out the wooden-frames from the oven

Remove the wooden-frame
