    Prepare the fresh silkie eggs.

    After stirring the flour, only put the egg yolks.

    Use the egg whites to make meringue .

    Put the meringue into the flour mixture.

    Add water to stir the flour mixture and meringue well

    Use the special baumkuchen oven for baking
    The oven temperature is setting around 400oC.
    The staff smudges the flour mixture layer by layer in the oven and adjusts the baking level and stickness of the flour mixture in the mean time.

    The cake becomes thicker with the increase of layers.

    Use gauge to confirm the thickness.

    The last manufacturing process is to remove the flour mixture at the surface to make it smooth and even.

    The baking is done and the cake is taken out from the oven.

    Cool down on the wooden-frame then start the slicing process.
